Lobby was very dark. The sitting area had lights off. Very off-putting for a first impression. Walls need paint, smell of a harsh lemon cleaner or fragrance to try to smell clean was very heavy in the air. The tub faucet was cracked and not draining properly. The staff was unable to print my receipt since I booked through *******. Would not plan to stay here again.

Everything was great but asked for a later checkout was told to call in morning kinda defeated the purpose

Check in was amazing, Thank You Storm….efficient, friendly, informative about the hotels full occupancy and to be sure to contact the front desk for any issues due to there being a lot of kids due to ball games. Appreciated the heads up but for us there were no issues. So nice to know in advance. Storm is a high asset for this hotel. Breakfast was good kept stocked and fresh, standard Holiday Inn breakfast.

The room itself was clean, but we had an issue where several of our large towels had a long dark hair on them. The hotel is close to everything and had comfy beds. It was quiet too. We wish the shower had somewhere to put toiletries.

The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast setup was great. The pool had issues with the heating but staff was great in handling the situation. The team at this location is top tier in hospitality. Will definitely stay again!

Shower rod was broken already and representative did not check before we checked in. So i changed the room which delayed my plans. Not happy

Breakfast was delicious and we received some excellent service from Athena, the on duty manager. She was accommodating to our family and she anticipated our needs. Would stay here again.

Front staff un kept and not even there when we arrived. Had to wait 20 minites before we saw anyone. Stained floors and dirty toilet. Minimal room amenities.no coffee pot in room. Disappointed
